A participatory art activation
The Flower Market is a temporary art-driven installation and participatory market that reimagines the traditional flower market as a contemporary cultural experience.
Inspired by large-scale installations and urban flower markets, the project transforms a space into a visually immersive environment composed of hundreds or thousands of handcrafted flowers arranged in sculptural repetition. Visitors are invited to walk through the installation and compose their own bouquets, turning a familiar ritual of gifting into a shared, creative experience.
Instead of ephemeral flowers, the project uses handcrafted crochet flowers - symbolic objects that represent care, memory, and permanence. The result is an environment that sits between art installation, participatory experience, and gifting ritual, accessible to a broad public while retaining a strong visual and conceptual identity.
